Product Description:

Wuxi Daoxin Technology’s DX-DO3000 Online Dissolved Oxygen Analyzer is a professional-grade environmental monitoring instrument, purpose-built for long-term deployment in natural water bodies such as rivers, lakes, reservoirs, and wetlands. It supports both luminescent (optical) and membrane-based sensing principles, providing flexibility to meet the diverse demands of field monitoring applications.

The luminescent sensor uses optical fluorescence technology, which requires no membrane or electrolyte and offers a long service life with minimal maintenance. With a resolution of 0.01 mg/L and accuracy up to ±1% FS, the analyzer delivers highly precise readings, essential for detecting subtle oxygen fluctuations linked to ecological health or pollution events.

Its automatic temperature compensation (0–80°C) ensures accurate measurements across varying climates and seasons. The wide operating temperature range (-10 to 60°C) and corrosion-resistant housing make it ideal for harsh outdoor deployments, including unattended field stations and buoy-mounted installations.

The analyzer is compatible with 4-20mA and RS485 (Modbus RTU) communication, allowing for seamless integration into environmental telemetry platforms, SCADA systems, or government-managed water quality databases. It supports solar-powered operation when connected to external DC24V sources, making it suitable for remote and off-grid areas.

Applications:

The DX-DO3000 plays a key role in surface water quality monitoring programs, often led by environmental protection bureaus, research institutes, or municipal water authorities. It provides continuous dissolved oxygen data, enabling real-time assessments of water body health and early warnings for hypoxia, eutrophication, or organic pollution.

In rivers and streams, the analyzer helps assess oxygen stratification, monitor the impact of upstream industrial or agricultural discharges, and track seasonal changes that affect aquatic life. By placing the sensor at critical cross-sections, users can generate oxygen profiles for environmental assessment reports.

In lakes and reservoirs, where stratification and thermal layering affect oxygen levels at various depths, the DX-DO3000 supports vertical profiling through submersible deployment. It is ideal for tracking oxygen depletion in bottom waters (hypolimnion), which could lead to fish kills or harmful algal blooms.

In urban stormwater outfalls, the device monitors DO levels in runoff channels and retention ponds, helping cities detect illicit discharges and assess pollution loads. The remote monitoring capabilities allow data collection without sending personnel onsite daily, improving efficiency and safety.

This analyzer is also used in environmental research and academic field studies, offering long-term, stable measurements needed for ecological modeling, restoration project evaluation, or habitat conservation planning. Its flexibility and durability make it a trusted tool for high-frequency, real-world monitoring.
